Decision-Making In Crisis is the ability to think quickly and decisively in a difficult situation. Leadership In Crisis is the ability to take charge of a situation and direct others. Poise In Crisis is the ability to stay calm and manage a difficult situation.

Decision-Making or self-discipline then scored Very High Average and again high this time. "Your high score indicates you are able to readily organize your thoughts in a crisis in order to make quick decisions. You are unlikely to become distracted by irrelevant aspects of the situation but are able to focus in on the important aspects of the situation to make the necessary choices. You are able to quickly identify the goal in an emergency situation and what steps are necessary to achieve resolution of the problem".

Leadership in a crisis or security then scored high average indicating that I would be very unlikely to take charge. That is unless no one else will take charge of the situation. That I'm more likely to follow directions than give them. However, my score this time is high though indicating that I'm likely to respond to an emergency by taking control and leading others to a resolution of the problem. I tend to take an active role in a crisis situation and am able to determine what needs to be done and to provide others with the necessary direction.

Poise in crisis or tough-mindedness scored very high average then and high again this time. Both indicating "the same that you can readily adapt emotionally to handle stressful and crisis situations. You are able to put emotions aside and focus on the task required of you. You are probably well-suited for jobs that demand the ability to stay calm and focused in an emergency situation".
